GO is maltodextrin rather than sucrose (table sugar) based to ensure that it is light on the stomach and clean in taste whilst providing a great source of carbohydrate energy. It has all the essential electrolytes (salts), Sodium, Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium and Chloride for rapid hydration and electrolyte replacement. Each 80g serving makes 1 litre of fluid when mixed with water.
